1.  Know Your Product:

2.  Organize & Plan for Success:

    A few minutes spent planning this fund raising drive will prove to be the best thing you can do to assure your success. 

    • Set a goal and Write It Down.
    • Set a time limit to reach your goal
    • Lay out a "Plan of Attack. For example:

        1. Make a list of potential customers. 
        2. Identify neighborhoods you want to 
            canvas. 
        3. Take your order page to parties, 
            dances & other social events. 
        4. Take samples for co-workers to try.

    • Frequently check your progress toward your goal & plans.
3.  Keep Accurate Records:
    • At each sale, you should:

        1. Fill in customer's name  in the 
            appropriate space. 
        2. Record number of tins of each cookie 
            flavors. 
        3. Add the number of items sold, record 
           the number & ounce size ordered, and 
           record on the total sales line.  The 
           counts determine your profit margin.
        4. We recommend you collect the full 
           amount at the time of the sale. 
           Peronal checks should be made 
           payable to you or your organization. 
        5. When you receive the cookies, deliver 
           them as soon as possible.
